It changes who we subpoena. UDOT keeps signal-timing and traffic-volume records for that corridor, and Provo PD's collision reports often include lane-by-lane diagrams there because the intersection is so heavily studied. Both pieces of evidence can move a comparative-fault dispute in your favor.
Are BYU students with out-of-state insurance treated differently?+
