Lehi Car Accident Lawyer.
Local roads. Local courthouse. Local insurer behavior.
Lehi is the fastest-growing city in Utah and the heart of Silicon Slopes. Tech-commuter density, the Timpanogos exit complex, and Pioneer Crossing collisions drive a heavy share of Utah County's auto-injury caseload.

What we see on Lehi roads.
Lehi has been the fastest-growing city in Utah for most of the last decade, and Silicon Slopes is the reason. Adobe, Ancestry, Vivint, Qualtrics, and a dozen other tech employers concentrate roughly 30,000 commuters into a four-square-mile area around Thanksgiving Point and Traverse Mountain. The infrastructure is catching up, but the I-15 / SR-92 interchange (exit 284) and Pioneer Crossing (SR-145) still see crash counts that look like a much larger city's.
Most Lehi crashes we open fall on three corridors: the I-15 north of Pleasant Grove (where merge and rear-end collisions cluster around the Timpanogos exit), Pioneer Crossing across the west bench (where high-speed left-turn T-bones are the dominant claim), and the Triumph Boulevard / Ashton Boulevard tech-campus loop (where parking-lot and intersection crashes spike between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.).
Lehi crashes are filed in the 4th District Court in Provo — ten minutes from our office. The proximity matters because Lehi PD's records office and Mountain Point Medical Center records can both be in our hands within 24 hours of a call.

What Lehi clients usually ask first.
These answers are specific to Lehi — the local PD and UHP report process, the courthouse where your case will be heard, the hospitals you're most likely to see.
My crash was at I-15 exit 284 — is that a Lehi case?+
Yes. The interchange sits inside Lehi city limits, and the case will be filed in the 4th District Court in Provo. Utah Highway Patrol typically works the freeway portion and Lehi PD works the surface streets, so we order both reports.
I work at one of the Silicon Slopes campuses — can my crash on the way home be a workers' comp case too?+
Generally no — your normal commute is not workers' comp in Utah. But if you were on the clock, running an errand for your employer, or driving a company vehicle, both a workers' comp and a third-party PI claim can run in parallel. We coordinate them so you don't lose value on either.
Where do most Lehi accident victims go for treatment?+
Mountain Point Medical Center on Pioneer Crossing handles most acute Lehi cases, and Lone Peak Hospital in Draper is right up the freeway. Both are in-network for almost every Utah-issued PIP policy.
Pioneer Crossing has so many recent changes — does that affect liability?+
Sometimes. UDOT has revised signal timing and added turn lanes along SR-145 multiple times in the last few years, and where the design was recently changed, signal-phase records can become important evidence in left-turn cases.
I was hit in a Thanksgiving Point parking lot — is that still a crash case?+
Yes. Parking-lot crashes are PI cases like any other; they just rely more on private property witnesses, security video, and lane-line evidence rather than a posted speed limit. We handle these regularly.
