What if the at-fault driver had no insurance?
Many crashes in Utah involve uninsured or underinsured drivers. We pursue your own UM/UIM coverage and other available policies on your behalf.
How long do I have to file a Utah car accident claim?
Generally four years from the date of the crash for most personal-injury claims, but shorter deadlines apply to some claims (and to government defendants). Don't wait — call us early so evidence isn't lost.
Do I have to go to court?
Most cases resolve without trial. We prepare every file as if it will go to a Utah jury, which gives us leverage with insurers without forcing you into a courtroom you don't want to be in.
